We're looking for a rock star managers to work directly with the founders to build a revolutionizing ecosystem within the educational institutions.
You will be the face of AlmaShines among the clients, with full responsibility of handling the client services and ensuring appropriate value delivery, depending upon client needs and company goals, and hence making every AlmaShines Client a unique success story!
You would be completely responsible right from onboarding of the client to celebrating the success cases with the client institutions. Be ready to face challenging problems, client cases, building optimized operation systems, think on product enhancements based on client feedback and maintain a smooth relation between clients and AlmaShines.
Role:
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding of the clients
- Building a service plan for client institutions, by learning about their requirements as well as expectations.
- Leading the Operations Team towards successful value delivery for institutions
- Building Operation infrastructure, ensuring regular mapping of tasks, using various tools and planning their integration with AlmaShines Alumni Platform
- Regularly interacting with the decision makers of client institutions seeking their feedback
- Monitory the User/Consumer Engagement on the platform and building strategies to grow the same
- Provide Consultancy to client institutions over Various Alumni Management Challenges.
