We are hiring Technical Program Managers who want to work with one of the best
engineering teams in the business. We are interested in finding someone who is smart,

This role requires candidates to manage people, processes, and projects, as well as cultivate
positive and productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Working in a
collaborative team environment to support the management of the product development all
through its lifecycle. The person is expected to understand the technical aspects of a
solution and have enough knowledge to be able to contribute and guide the teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to
explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure
adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
● Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with various managers and
technical personnel during all project phases, from initial design through
implementation.
● Help in creating various technical presentations and documents.
● Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on
measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
● Conduct scrum meetings and facilitate a cadence within the technical team.
● Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement,
identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
● Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested
parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
● Analyse, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled
projects.
● Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.
Requirements:
● A bachelor’s degree in engineering with some industry experience as an
added advantage.
● MBA degree from a reputed institute with good grades.
● Minimum experience of 3 years is a must with a product company
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, youtrack etc.
● KNowledge of various common open source tech stacks and frameworks.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
● Experience with BI Tools - Power BI/Tableau etc.
● Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
● Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred.
● Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
