Salary: Highly competitive salary of up to 5,00,000 – 6,00,000 INR
The role involves working in the customer service team of a profitable and growing e-commerce start-up in the sleep space. This role ensures exposure to various channels of customer interaction, including - voice and non-voice.
The working environment is fast-paced and fun. We have a good mix of fun and excitement that a start-up environment brings (young crowd, weekly dinners/drinks, open plan seating, no scope for useless policies and in-formal work culture) and the structure of a large company (health insurance for everyone, professional working environment, people-friendly policies).
- The role reports to the head of the customer service department; the position offers excellent growth opportunities.
- Should be strong at customer service.
- Impeccable communication skills are a must.

- Passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact.
Qualification:
- Flair for customer service is the main attribute.
- At least 1-2 years of prior experience in a top notch voice process (preferably international).
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (Hindi or any one South Indian Language).
