At AutoComplete (https://www.autocomplete.io/about-us), we're hiring 30 licensed agents to join our fully remote sales team as we change the way car insurance is bought and sold. This opportunity is perfect for a motivated salesperson seeking stability and career growth as we 3x the team.

Our Licensed Sales Advisors advise car buyers on their personal lines insurance policies. An active P&C license is required. The ideal candidate has experience selling multi-carrier products in a technology-forward environment across phone and SMS. This position is work from home.

We are seeking world-class sales agents with competitive compensation and on-target earnings of $80,000 - $120,000. We also offer best-in-class benefits including 100% covered health benefits, equipment stipend and more.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and scheduled calls with motivated real-time buyers
• Utilize a rating system, multiple carrier portals and a CRM to prepare personalized auto and home quotes with top 10 insurers including Progressive, Allstate, Travelers, SafeCo, etc.
• Learn our proprietary systems quickly and give constant feedback to our internal product teams to make it the best in class
• Help improve internal processes to adapt to our seamless and digital consumer experience
• Provide your experienced advice and recommendations to customers

Qualifications

• An active P&C insurance license
• Multiple years of experience selling personal lines auto & home
• Multiple years of experience handling customer service calls or experience in a call center
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills
• Experience selling a choice model with multiple carriers across states
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
• Technology-forward: tech company experience preferred
• Call center or remote experience a bonus
• Bonus for Bilingual: communicate fluently with our Spanish-speaking customers
