Email Campaign Specialist

We're looking to add an email outreach specialist to our team.

Our agency does cold email campaigns for our B2B clients from the IT industry. We're the leading agency in the field of generating leads for remote software development companies and we've worked with more than 50 brands from Europe so far.

We're looking for someone in Europe who will work remotely and help us offload the current client demand. This is NOT a full-time position. We expect to start slow with one client only and only a few hours of work per day.

Responsibilities

• your job will be to overlook the email campaigns inside our email outreach tool
• write custom opening lines for some prospects
• being able to respond to emails and manage the follow-ups in the CRM/spreadsheet
• communicate with clients on Slack
• create weekly reports

What you should know already:

• excellent written English (native or almost native level)
• LinkedIn research
• Finding contacts/verifying emails
• using Crunchbase/Apollo.io/Slack
• working with freelancers
• using email outreach tool Woodpecker
• book meetings via calendly
• be responsive to client questions on Slack
