ROLE DESCRIPTION
The B2B Sales Associate/Senior Associate is responsible for driving and closing new partnerships to deliver impactful growth for Homage. You will be working with and engaging partners in the public intermediate to long-term community care segment to develop suitable solutions based on respective partners’ unique requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting and pipeline management
- Strategise targets for the conduct of outbound prospecting
- Prospect and qualify both inbound and outbound leads; identifying and developing contacts at the appropriate levels within target prospects
- Pitch and qualify all leads (inbound and outbound) via a consultative approach
- Size and priorities opportunities for appropriate follow-up after qualification
- Manage and own your individual pipeline to optimise for conversion
Deal Structuring
- Solution develop with qualified prospects according to the opportunity context
- Work closely cross-functionally with internal teams to optimise operating and fulfilment models for qualified prospects where appropriate
- Model commercial structures to determining pricing and charge model for each deal
- Draft and/or vet service level agreements or contracts, NDAs, MOUs etc. where required
Deal Close
- Hustle and negotiate to drive toward deal close
- Work closely with Account Management team for handover after deal close to translate and share key partner insights
- Coordinate and communicate appropriate internal cross-team alignments as part of the handover process
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Sales Associate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Min. 1 - 3 years’ experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Senior Sales Associate or Lead level
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Min. 4 - 5 years’ experience
- For leads, at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in people management in a sales function
- Experience
- Consultative sales and/or B2B business development
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment not compulsory, but would be beneficial
- Prior experience in fast-paced and high growth environment would be preferred
- Prior experience structuring deals (i.e. commercials and pricing) would be ideal
- Familiarity with basic legal contracts/documents will be looked upon favourably (e.g. MoUs, NDAs, Marketing Agreements, Service Level Agreements etc.)
- Competency
- You have a strong sense of ownership and are able to manage multiple deals in a pipeline end to end (from prospecting through to closing and handover)
- You are comfortable with sales pitches in various settings (applicable to senior sales associates)
- You are able to react quickly on your feet, keep your composure and communicate in a structured manner, even when faced with an unknown setting
- Data-driven and utilizes qualitative and quantitative analysis of data and analytical insights to drive decision making
- Compensation will be commensurate with level of experience and competency
