Responsibilities:
• Proactively search, qualify, develop and engage in new customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities in the manufacturing & logistics market and develop an active pipeline of accounts.
• Present the technical solution with customers/partners with great understanding.
• Good understanding of various type of automation solutions and technical specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals and other documents for sales and project.
• Expand the existing accounts and close the inbound leads.
• Acquire, onboard and successful conversion of prospects.
• Prepare and customize sales materials to help with new client acquisition.
• Manage and monitor day-to-day relationships and communications with key clients.
• Update and track weekly activities on sales CRM against weekly target.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years and above technical sales or solutions experience in the IT/Industrial Automation/Robotics industry.
• Ability to view and edit dwg files in AutoCAD.
• Ability to interact professionally and reliably with senior level executives within and outside the company.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Proactive & ambitious.
• Strong drive to deliver results.
• Self-motivated with an outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in both verbal and written English.
• Comfortable to travel within Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.
• Comfortable with direct sales, making cold calls and emails to develop leads, set meetings with potential prospects and onboarding.
