A leading cryptocurrency financial platform built by a group of Wall Street quant trading veterans is seeking a Onboarding Manager within the AscendEX Launch business unit to support our growth within the digital asset industry.
Our company is seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and a high level of intellectual capacity that thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you will report directly to the firm's Head of Launch. As an expert in the crypto space with excellent technical skills and a propensity for team leadership, you will play an integral part in helping us deliver world class client onboarding and support.
An Onboarding Manager is someone who is responsible for the entire client onboarding experience. Clients are assigned an Onboarding Manager from AscendEX, who will ensure that the post-sales process is seamless and that the project is prepared for successful launch. The Onboarding team is responsible for onboarding and servicing Launch clients in a way that is client-centric and efficient, while always trying to improve. The ultimate goal is for our clients to benefit from doing business with us and become advocates of AscendEX in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders, including sales team members, clients, and other internal and external partners, identifying clients' priorities, objectives and expectations.
- Responsible for coordination of client onboarding across multiple departments, such as Front Office, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, and Legal, under high pressure and deadlines
- Maintain transparency for clients and manage stakeholder expectations by developing material to support onboarding events
- Participate in the maintenance and / or revision of Client Onboarding Procedures to ensure that the onboarding / client maintenance process is documented, transparent, consistent, sustainable, efficient, and effective.
- Establish, monitor, and report KPIs to ensure clients are receiving best-in-class client service and business development objectives are met
- Serve as a subject matter expert for launch implementation and configuration questions or issues
- Be an internal advocate for client needs and solve potential roadblocks to successful implementation and launch for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or similar work experience with at least two years of experience managing a team with multiple direct reports
- Experience in hiring, developing, and leading a team of onboarding/client services personnel
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Ability to interact and collaborate with management, front-office, sales, compliance, legal, marketing, and other relevant teams
- Well-organized and adept at multitasking. Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure, fast-paced situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience presenting to clients
- A natural leader who motivates employees to take ownership of their work and deliver better results
- You must demonstrate that you have strong crypto acumen or show a demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for crypto and the ability to ramp up rapidly
