The Role

Summary

The Manager will establish and continuously build relationships with clients through professional interaction in order to obtain new projects. Assist in developing and enabling the proposal process for clients including (but not limited to) budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Communicating internally to designated parties (person/group).maintaining a constant line of communication through the process. 
Collaborating with the Operations and Finance to evaluate project performance and to recommend refinements and improvements of all components of proposals. 
Tracking and reporting of all proposal components. 
Establishing and maintaining on-going client relationships with the various parties to foresee and address all problems. 
Supporting other members of the team 
Performing other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience with business development and analysis 0-4 years. 
Ability to influence, persuade, motivate and positively influence in a conversation. 
Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills. 
Writing and reading skill should be of collegiate level. 
Willingness to travel. 
A Rational, Tactical and professional approach to all concerned dealings. 
Excellent interpersonal skills. 
Experience with budgeting 
Any relevant bachelor degree.
