Designerrs Academy provides a safe learning space for designers across the world. We are trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX, and other specializations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

At Designerrs, I am in charge of the learning experience and operations of many courses.
At Designerrs, improve operational management systems, procedures, and everyday operational duties, including active engagement with the community of learners and mentors.
Formulate strategic and operational goals in order to expand your business quickly. Examine financial data in order to boost profits.
Budgeting and forecasts are managed. Payment collection and management coordination with financial partners.
Perform quality checks and track KPIs to ensure that learners have a positive learning experience.
Find strategies to improve the quality of the customer and service experience for the community of learners and mentors.
Managing inventory, shipping, and logistics for a variety of e-commerce products.
Technology operations and automations must be managed in order to improve overall operational efficiency.
Developing a tracker and processes to ensure efficient operations
Manage the training and task management of junior team members.
