Senior Operations Executive

Responsibility:

1. Managing Learning Experience and Operations of different courses at Designerrs
2. Improve operational management systems, processes, and handling daily operational tasks including active communication with learners and mentors community at Designerrs.
3. Formulate strategic and operational objectives for easy operational expansion. Examine financial data to improve profitability
4. Manage budgets and forecasting. Coordinating with financial partners for payment collection and management.
5. Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs to ensure a smooth learning experience for learners.
6. Find ways to increase the quality of customer and service experience for learners and mentors community
7. Managing Inventory, shipping and logistics for various product for e-commerce
8. Managing technology operations and automations required to bring overall operational Efficiency
9. Creating Tracker and processes for effective operations
10. Manage Junior team members training and task management.

Skills Required:

• Highly Organised, Problem Solver and Process Oriented
• Expert understanding in operating databases and trackers
• Knowledge of operations management
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business, financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Managing Event/Workshops in College
• Understanding of MS-Excel and Database Management.
• Creative and design thinking capabilities.

Note: PG/ MBA in Business, Operations Management or related field is preferred
