I am looking for a marketing & sales intern who can work alongwith me not only as an intern but as a partner in my journey of creating a brand exclusively in online e-commerce space..When I say partner I mean it because I want the hired person to manage the brand as its own with a target of making it a name in the already crowded online space! I strongly believe in taking up such challenges and would love to onboard someone with the same thought process and belief in themselves!
Talking about the work profile it will include anything and everything starting from market research to finalizing product,competitor study,marketing,looking for all possible channels to maximize revenue,branding ,sales, customer service,etc which basically covers the entire product cycle since it will be a start-up..The hired person will be handling the different aspects of business operations with the bigger objective of high net profit which basically means he/she not only need needs to target revenue maximization but also keep minimizing cost in mind..
The person should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, acute business acumen, eagerness to learn and implement new things and a minimum of 6 months - 1 year which will not only be good for the business to grow but also individual career growth from learning point of view. I am looking looking for someone who is willing to give atleast 4 hrs on a daily basis till the time the business processes are completely setup.
Just to clarify again - The entire investment part on capex and opex will be taken care by me and along with that the person will be given enough space for exploring and trying out things (obviously based on research)..I will be guiding and monitoring everything time to time and will be available in case of any bottleneck.
The hired person will be given basic stipend for the first 2 months during setting up, settling up the business alongwith any travelling expenses incurred if any, post 2 months i will be more than happy to onboard the person as a partner on a % age revenue sharing basis rather than continuing on a fixed stipend so that he/she can run the business as their own start-up!
