We are in search of a visionary and dynamic Chief AI Officer (CAIO) to join our team. Our unique compensation package includes equity, offering you a stake in our vision. We ask for a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week. Furthermore, upon the anticipated closing of our fundraising round or when our sales generate sufficient cash flow, you can expect not only revenue share but also a competitive salary. Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary and strategic leadership in the development of AI technologies that set MoodMe apart as an industry leader and align with our overall business goals and mission.
- Develop and execute cutting-edge AI product roadmaps to maintain MoodMe's competitive advantage and stay at the forefront of AI innovation on a global scale.
- Build, lead, and mentor AI teams, fostering an agile development environment that focuses on rapid delivery of AI products without compromising excellence.
- Collaborate with tech/engineering, design, and business teams to align AI technologies with our business objectives and user needs.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in developing and executing AI strategies for a competitive edge, minimum 6 year.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI product roadmap development and execution.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with hands-on AI development experience and strong knowledge of MoodMe's technology landscape.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding attention to detail while maintaining high-quality standards and delivering results swiftly.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage tasks and projects efficiently.
