HR / Recruiting Specialist (for On-Field Operations & Community)

You'll be a part of the core team and will be working directly with the founders in building and growing the team, especially the on-field sales and operations teams.

What we're looking for can be summed up in 3 simple points -
1) Alignment with the small close-knit team at KN. This is with respect to vision, work culture and other similar aspects.

2) Flexibility in the work being done. You will be dealing with a dynamic team and environment, and hence, would need to adapt and learn quickly.

3) Prior experience in handling end-to-end recruitment cycle for operations personnel across the country.

Preferred: Experience in recruitment of personnel in the rural, agriculture, government and social sectors.

1) Handling End to End Recruitment cycle.
2) Manage complete Non-IT recruitment process
3) Sourcing, Screening, Interview line, Joining formalities
4) Shortlisting the Profiles basis of their credentials and technicality
5) Making reference check.
6) Making Reports.
7) Employee Database Management
8) Personal File Management & updating
9) Maintenance of attendance, payroll system and leave management system
