S'IT is looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive sales for the company and help S'IT to expand globally.
Requirement for the desired BDM:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B and B2C sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
  • Access and industry-specific analysis software
  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients. Developing growth strategies and plans. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients. Completing the monthly target of minimum 6 lakhs. Increasing client base globally, and extracting 5X monthly sales within the company on the initial stage. Hiring more BD's and training them under your guidence making it your own dedicated team. Understanding the products and value proposition Maintaining business proposals and signing of the documents such as SOW and NDA or any other required document. Negotiating with stakeholders Identifying and strategizing business strengths and customer needs Researching business opportunities and viable income streams Following industry trends locally and internationally Drafting and reviewing contracts Daily Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
