We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team to help us establish product-market fit. Your responsibilities would include the following:

Independently manage the comapny's social media presence, including identifying relevant content, responding and engaging with the community, and identifying aligned brands / influencers
Provide audience insights to the team for incorporation into product and marketing
Represent the voice of the customer in product design, marketing, and sales
Contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the company. You would help define the company's online voice, identify where our customer is online, and build a reason for people to connect with the brand.

You should have the following:

Experience with social media, community management, or customer experience
You have a glowing personality online (or in real life)
Personal interest in the self-help / self-improvement market with a strong understanding of the genre and core concepts is a plus
Humility and a passion for learning from others
A desire to be a part of something from the very beginning
Keen attention to detail
The ability to make a significant time commitment to a bootstrapped startup
