• Content Management: Process and implement content requests through our ticketing system (Jira) and update content in our apps via the CMS platform: Backstage.
• Project Support: Manage project onboarding forms, conduct initial project setup, and handle data processing tasks using tools like Excel and Photoshop.

• Learn our product by getting certified with our SpotMe Academy, and by embedding yourself in a virtual event project, an onsite event project and by building your own demo event.
• Master our sales processes, sales materials, and systems (Salesforce, Google Suite, PowerPoint, Zoom, Gainsight, Gong) to be able to manage a sales lifecycle from customer request to contract autonomously; successfully conduct a mock scoping & demo call with sales leadership and pass your sales certification.

• Implement content in the app using our CMS, based on clients' and project leads requirements.

• Learn our product by getting certified with our SpotMe Academy and by operating it for our own marketing webinars and Salesforce integration.
• Become fluent with our industry personas and all our industry use cases by embedding yourself in customer projects and presentations.

• Responsible for delivering Virtual, Hybrid and In-person events from kickoff to post-meeting review.
• Responsible for coordinating internal resources and customer teams for Virtual and Hybrid events creation.

• Learn our product by getting certified with our SpotMe Academy, and by embedding yourself in a virtual event project, an onsite event project and by building your own demo event.
• Master our sales processes, sales materials, and systems (Salesforce, Google Suite, PowerPoint, Zoom, Gainsight, Gong) to be able to manage a sales lifecycle from customer request to contract autonomously; successfully conduct a mock scoping & demo call with sales leadership and pass your sales certification.

• Lead and grow our Customer Support team ensuring the best-in-class customer experience for our digital experience and virtual events SaaS platform. Our Customer Support Team is located in the USA and Bulgaria operating in a follow the sun 24/7 model.
• Report to the Chief Operating Officer.

• Responsible for delivering Virtual, Hybrid and In-person events from kickoff to post-meeting review.
• Responsible for coordinating internal resources and customer teams for Virtual and Hybrid events creation.

• Configure broadcast studio with assets provided by our Project Managers/customers (background, holding images, VTs), and connect it to our CMS, Backstage, using RTMPs.
• Run rehearsals and live shows: welcome speakers, launch and close the live stream, transition layouts, and trigger polling questions.
