Qualify leads: We filter online and offline leads from any source to find the 3-6% of leads who are ready to buy or sell right now.

Set appointments with leads: We build your pipeline with leads who have already been qualified and are ready to buy or sell so your agents can show more homes.

Re-engage old leads: We filter and continually follow up with old leads until they are ready to set an appointment so your agents can close 25% of leads who initially fell through the cracks.
