• Review of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS and IND-AS2. Monthly MIS and handling internal/ stat Audit.3. Handling All Finance & Tax related matters of subsidiaries4. Closely tracking all Business & Cost flow in close coordination with Business team5. Providing alerts to management on any potential challenges in any, business arrangement on Pro -Active basis6. Dealing with all Inter departments teams and handling their Finance & Tax related queries with best solution7. Coordination with multiple teams and layers for any potential transaction8. Optimization and balancing the payouts as per business request and priority basis9. Dealing with new challenges for Finance & Tax matter related to International entities10. Provide financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations11 Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.12. Play vital role for Troubleshooting of the issues and challenges raised in any all financial transactions13. Implementing initiatives for process improvement, cost reduction and foreign currency repatriation14. • Plan and execute audit engagements, including data analysis and testing.* Review financial statements and supporting documentation.* Evaluate internal control systems and ensure adherence to applicable Indian laws.* Perform risk assessments and internal control evaluations and detect discrepancies.* Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities or financial irregularities.* Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders and shareholders.* Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits and regulatory compliance assessments.* Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and execute remedial actions.* Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing. Required skills and qualifications* Professional certification - CA (Chartered Accountant).* 10/12+ years of experience in internal auditing or related financial roles.* Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation and regulatory requirements.* Experience in developing and executing audit plans and evaluating internal control systems.* Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial documents and audit reports.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.* Ability to work independently or in a team.* Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.* Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and industry practices.
