Open Roles We are currently looking for affiliate recruiters to join the Mildly Prepared growth engine. These are remote, flexible roles focused on building small teams of affiliates who love our kits and want to share them with their networks. What you’ll do ☐ Identify and recruit affiliate partners who resonate with our brand and products ☐ Provide affiliates with resources, support, and motivation to help them succeed ☐ Use our no-code tools (MailerLite, Tally, Payhip) to manage communications and track progress ☐ Collaborate on creative outreach ideas and share feedback to improve recruitment tactics ☐ Help grow a community of mildly prepared people who love our lightly chaotic approach Who you are ☐ A self-starter who loves building systems and communities ☐ Comfortable working asynchronously with minimal supervision ☐ Skilled at outreach, relationship building, and creative communication ☐ Familiar or eager to learn no-code tools and affiliate marketing basics ☐ Enjoys a lightly chaotic, funny, and authentic brand voice ☐ Bonus points if you have experience recruiting affiliates or marketers Salary and Location • This is a fully remote role: work from wherever you feel most productive • Compensation is commission based with a flat 50% commission for the first 6 months any affiliates you recruit are active • We aim to reward success fairly and transparently • No fixed hours, but clear goals and deadlines to keep momentum If you like the idea of helping others get paid to share products they love while working in a flexible, no-nonsense environment, Mildly Prepared might be your next home.
