Traditional real estate data platforms are largely designed to tell you what a property is, what has happened to it, and what it may be worth. LiveGrid is focused on a different question: What is happening within the market now, and what is most likely to happen next?
We view real estate as a living system. Properties, owners, neighborhoods, and markets continuously change over time, yet much of that behavior remains buried across massive amounts of fragmented historical data.
LiveGrid is being built to make that behavior measurable.
Our platform transforms property and ownership data into continuously evolving intelligence designed to identify meaningful changes, patterns, and emerging transaction opportunities before they become obvious through traditional methods.
The initial framework has already undergone extensive research, testing, and validation across millions of properties and multiple U.S. markets. We're now moving from validation into building the technology platform itself.
We're starting with real estate, but the longer-term opportunity is larger: building an intelligence system capable of understanding how complex markets and assets evolve over time.
