LiveGrid RE is currently founder-led, with Joe Stockton leading the company’s vision, product strategy, market research, and development of its underlying intelligence framework. Joe comes from a real estate background and has spent years working directly with property, ownership, transaction, and market data. That experience led to a simple observation: the real estate industry has enormous amounts of data, but relatively little intelligence designed to understand how properties, owners, and markets actually behave and evolve over time. That insight became the foundation for LiveGrid RE. Rather than immediately building software around an untested idea, Joe has focused on developing and validating the underlying framework first. The work has included analyzing millions of properties across multiple U.S. markets, developing behavioral models and signals, testing assumptions, and designing the initial product and platform vision. LiveGrid RE is now entering its next stage: turning that foundation into a scalable technology platform. Joe is currently building the founding team and looking for a technical co-founder who wants to help shape the technology, challenge assumptions, and ultimately build the company alongside him. The goal isn't to hire someone simply to execute an existing specification. It's to find the right long-term partner to help determine what LiveGrid becomes.
