LiveGrid is building the Behavioral Intelligence Layer for Real Estate.
Traditional data providers describe properties. LiveGrid measures ownership behavior.
We're building a continuously learning intelligence platform that transforms property and ownership data into Measurable Behavioral Ecosystems, allowing us to understand how owners behave, how markets evolve, and where future transactions are most likely to occur.
This isn't an idea looking for validation. It's a validated foundation looking for the right technical partner to help build the company around it.
Real estate is our first proving ground, but the long-term vision extends far beyond it. The Behavioral Intelligence Framework is being designed as an asset-agnostic intelligence engine capable of measuring behavior across industries, asset classes, and markets over time.

I'm looking for a true Founding CTO & Technical Co-Founder. Someone who wants to build a company—not simply build software.
As Founding CTO, you'll help shape:
• Platform architecture
• AI & Behavioral Intelligence strategy
• Engineering culture
• Technical roadmap
• Long-term technology vision
• The future engineering organization
This is a founding leadership role with meaningful ownership and the opportunity to help build a venture-scale company from day one.
What I'm Looking For
I'm looking for someone who enjoys solving difficult systems problems and building from first principles.
Experience in areas such as the following is highly desirable:
• Cloud-native platforms
• Distributed systems
• Event-driven architectures
• AI / Machine Learning infrastructure
• Data engineering
• Modern backend systems
• Building products from zero to one
More important than your technical background is your mindset. I'm looking for someone who values ownership, thinks long-term, embraces ambiguity, and wants to build something meaningful.
The Opportunity Ahead
The product vision, architecture, and roadmap have already been extensively documented through months of research, testing, and validation.
One of the first things we'll do together is review that work, challenge assumptions where appropriate, and evolve it into LiveGrid's production platform.
I'm not looking for someone to execute my architecture. I'm looking for a technical partner who will help shape it.
Compensation
This is a true founding opportunity built around long-term ownership. Meaningful founding equity will be a core part of the partnership.
Conversations with venture investors have consistently reinforced the importance of assembling the right founding team first. The immediate objective is to bring together the CEO and Founding CTO, begin building the MVP, and complete pre-seed financing to accelerate product development and growth.
