• Set technical direction and engineering standards — architecture, code quality, testing, observability, and operational excellence — and raise the bar on craft and velocity.

• Lead the design, development, and execution of complex technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities.

• Operate and continuously improve our cloud-based data platform with a primary focus on Snowflake.
• Build automation that improves platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers through regular feedback, mentoring, and career development planning.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on ownership, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Define best practices pertaining to the capture of metadata, data governance, data security within Cloud Data space
