Bugs are addressed first by developers before moving on to develop new features. - Pay attention to every word written by a client in a ticket, email, and chat message. Read between the lines. There are often multiple questions being asked in a single request. - Being a smaller team, we must communicate well, trust and cherish the capabilities of our teammates. Every person on the team was selected from a larger pool of potential candidates for their role. Examples of Instant Support: - When a client calls our support line, we pick it up right away. When a call is missed, we call the client back as a top priority. - If there is an outage and clients cannot access their sites we switch carriers to our backup phone provider to handle incoming calls. We have to communicate. - When clients complain, we should expect that more clients are experiencing the same issue. Time is of the essence to find solutions so reporting issues to the proper team is paramount when we catch wind of a potential issue.
