Perspective heals us, not time. Innate exists as an extension of our psyche, to help us build a more objective relationship with our internal reality and emotions, so to elevate our perspective and support us to heal and grow from looking within. Innate Mood enables us to explore and track our emotions and their triggers via video journal entries. Kind of like a Harry Potter journal, the app will retrieve our previous videos and re-present them to our future selves at times when they would be most helpful. Our emotion selection process is designed to help users develop their emotional literacy and a more granular understanding of their emotions. We are in the process of building in-app challenges, modules and journeys to support user's through a more specific self reflection journey.
