INNATE Mood careers

Innate is at MVP stage and can be found on the playstore and the appstore. The user makes a video journal entry based on a particular emotion, selects a subcategory emotion, ranks the intensity, tags a life category and then is presented with a video recorded previously whilst experiencing a counter emotion - ie if the user is feeling sad/unmotivated and makes a video entry about this, they will then be presented with a video to reflect on when they were feeling joyful and inspired. Being reminded of ourselves in a counter state reminds us of the transient nature of emotions. When we are down, we can be uplifted and inspired - by ourselves!
When we are triggered, we are unable to be objective, so we can record it via a video journal entry and then later when we are feeling stronger and more in our power, we can reflect on it so to elevate our understanding and perspective.
