We are are a startup in Sunnyvale. Our mission is to help and enable people to manage their Diabetes and Hypertension in all aspects of their daily life. We utilize our award winning hardware and software alongside a readily available care team.

We focus on the wholistic care of patients inside and outside of the Doctor’s clinic. We connect with patients in the Doctors clinic, helping them get familiar with the program and vitals measurement devices and continue that relationship beyond the appointment. We provide a connection with our care team to provide timely health related answers, as well as, food and vitals measurement reviews to help our patients make lifestyle adjustments that are specific to them.

As we continue to empower and support our patients, they have shown great strides in improving their overall health!
