Impala careers

Finding a career path in High School has always been really hard. And it is even harder when you don't have the right tool to help you. The world is changing - new jobs, new opportunities, new formations - and yet students are still making the same career decisions without exploring the different opportunities. Impala wants to offer a new way to give this information to young people.

We are developing a software to help students visualize, explore and build their future career path and give purpose to information.

We use data science and psychology to help students design their own career path. They answer a quick personality test. Then they are immersed in an interactive mapping where they can see the links between jobs and universities and how to get there. They build their own path then connect with a real person who has done the same path and is ready to give feedbacks about his journey.
