� Full-Stack Engineer (Founding) Build the core HastraPay application — mobile and web interfaces, backend APIs, and integrations with our financial infrastructure partners. You'll work directly with our CTO and have significant ownership over architecture decisions at a critical early stage. � � Fraud & Risk Analyst Define and refine HastraPay's fraud detection logic and risk scoring models. You understand transaction fraud patterns, know how to balance user friction with protection, and are excited about applying that expertise to a diaspora-specific remittance context. � � Growth & Community Manager Own organic growth within the US Ghanaian diaspora community — from digital channels to in-person events, church networks, and community organizations. You know how trust spreads in tight-knit immigrant communities, and you know how to accelerate it. ⚖ Compliance & Regulatory Lead (Part-Time / Advisory) Help HastraPay navigate MSB licensing, FinCEN requirements, and KYC/AML frameworks as we prepare for launch. Experience with fintech compliance in the US and/or African markets is a strong plus. � � Product Designer (Contract) Design clear, intuitive, and culturally resonant user experiences for a diaspora audience. You'll shape how HastraPay looks and feels — from onboarding to transfers — ensuring the product earns trust at every touchpoint.
