Hiring: Systems Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to manage and support enterprise endpoint and mobile device management environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Azure Administration, and Active Directory, along with excellent troubleshooting and customer support skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Build, package, configure, and deploy applications through Intune.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Support Windows 10/11, Android, and Apple devices.
• Manage endpoint security, patching, and device configurations.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Outlook, and Copilot.
• Monitor service KPIs, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements.
• Develop technical documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Mentor support teams and coordinate critical technical incidents.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint and infrastructure environments.
