Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Report Developer / ETL Developer with strong expertise in Tableau, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and data integration. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, building ETL solutions, optimizing SQL queries, and supporting data migration from legacy systems to modern applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and experience collaborating with business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau reports and dashboards.
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and T-SQL scripts.
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL/ELT processes.
Develop and maintain SSRS reports and deploy reports to reporting servers and SharePoint-integrated environments.
Perform data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
Optimize SQL queries, database performance, and SSIS package execution.
Configure SQL Server Agent jobs and environment variables for ETL deployments.
Support data migration and integration between legacy systems and modern applications.
Work with SQL Server, DB2, and other database management systems.
Implement data quality checks, error handling, and data validation processes.
Use Git or Team Foundation Server (TFS) for version control and deployment management.
Collaborate with business analysts, end users, and technical teams to gather requirements and validate deliverables.
Prepare technical documentation and support testing, troubleshooting, and production maintenance.

Required Skills And Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau development.
5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
5+ years of experience with T-SQL and SSIS, SSRS, or Talend.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, stored procedures, and query performance tuning.
Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining SSIS packages.
Experience configuring SQL Server Agent jobs and environment variables.
Experience with ETL/ELT development, data migration, and data integration.
Experience with Git, TFS, or similar version control tools.
Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
