Creating tutorials is done through our template requiring all videos be under a specific length and include a written step-by-step guide. This content is then uploaded, hosted by us, then distributed via our viewing platform. fyiio's all-inclusive approach provides employees a memorable location for finding exactly what they want to learn, with content appealing to their attention spans and adhering to their preferred learning style(s).

Employees with specialized knowledge can also contribute what they know to the organization. This prevents "knowledge flight," or knowledge departing with the employee as they leave the company.
