FlixBus is a European long distance mobility provider with offices in Munich, Berlin, Milan, Paris, Kharkiv, Zagreb, Los Angeles and New York. Since 2013, FlixBuses have offered a new, convenient and green way to travel which suits every budget. The mission of our IT team, aka FlixTech, is to deliver innovative products with high customer value on a global platform, bringing green transportation to everyone. The core process being used in our cross-functional product teams is Scrum, which is a well-known process framework for working in cross-functional teams, with well-defined artifacts and ceremonies. Each product team is responsible for the releases within its domains. We trust our people and give them the freedom to definite new engineering processes and come up with innovative and original solutions to our complex engineering challenges.
