Shop Employee

We're looking for a motivated and driven Shop Employee for our FlixBus shop at the bus station Florenc in Prague, who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You will process ticket reservations, cancellations and changes
• You will assist passengers with check-in
• You will monitor departures and arrivals of our buses

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Secondary education
• Experience in customer service and cash management
• Very good level of Czech and another language, preferably English
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts (Monday-Sunday, short-long week work mode)
• Reliability, energy and motivation to work in a team
• Knowledge of MS Office, smartphones, web applications and reservation systems will be a plus
