Regional Operations Manager - Ground, Process Design & Analytics

As we expand our operations in South India, one of the fastest-growing bus markets in the world, we are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Regional Operations Manager to help us drive operational excellence. Based in Bangalore, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our ground operations and vendor management processes. You’ll be directly involved in shaping the success of our business in South India, focusing on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You will manage day-to-day interactions with operators, ensuring seamless service and supporting vehicle preparation and customization.
• You will build and nurture strong relationships with bus stations and operators, fostering collaboration and smooth operations.
• You will monitor and improve operational KPIs, ensuring operators adhere to our processes and standards, while identifying and solving risks.
• You will work with operators to optimize platform data and processes, gathering feedback to drive improvements.
• You will support operators with training content for drivers, ensuring they provide excellent service and meet quality standards.
• You will conduct audits to ensure operators comply with safety regulations and operational standards.
• You will manage external audits and gather feedback from stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
• You will manage a team of Operations Associates on the ground, guiding them to execute daily tasks efficiently and ensuring overall operational success.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in operations management, ideally within transportation, logistics, mobility, or delivery sectors.
• Demonstrated track record in a similar capacity at rapidly scaling startups, with operations, logistic or account management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Deep understanding and expertise in the consumer tech landscape specific to South India
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Collaborative team player committed to collective success
• Exceptional adaptability and ability to execute swiftly in dynamic environments
• Keen attention to detail with an unwavering pursuit of excellence
• Willingness to travel across South of India
• Fluent proficiency in English and proficiency in 2 of the languages: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam
