We are building Mindset, an app for for optimizing thoughts, emotions and behaviors for less stress and better living.
Mindset is built on a toolset of evidence-based therapies. It distills techniques used for centuries in clinics to alleviate stress and anxiety, and recently in high-performance athletes to improve performance. Mindset connects with third-party wearable heart rate monitors to measure stress and notify the user when they are feeling stressed out. Monitoring allows Minsdet to offer personalized insights into patterns of stress and what coping techniques are effective for a particular user.
With Mindset, users can make better decisions, maintain focus, improve their emotional intelligence, and feel less burdened by stress.
