To complement the organizational and technical skills of the current founder, we are looking for the following person: Traits Boldness - willing to take big steps and unafraid of neglecting the details if need be Big picture thinker - able to look ahead multiple months or even years and draw up a roadmap on how to accomplish the set out milestones Communicator - strong in both verbal and non-verbal communication, a strong speaker but an even better listener Focus areas Business models Investors & Partners Finance Long term plan Shared passion Wearables and other smart devices The healthcare, wellness and lifestyle industries Data science and data insights Values Honesty and truthfulness - seeking the objective truth and able to provide and receive feedback constructively Learning - constantly looking for improvements by diagnosing problems and designing a strategy on how to resolve them; mistakes are inevitable, but what you do with them is what makes the difference between success and failure Boldness - full of courage to tackle big problems, unafraid of criticism and willingness to take risks Accountability - ability to take responsibility of actions, understand that all of us have areas of improvement and the only way to become better is to hold yourself (or others) accountable of outcomes Do you fit the description, or do you know someone who might?
