• Actively participate in the company-level quarterly planning process and lead setting OKRs for the engineering organization.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and maintaining commercial kitchen
equipment, plumbing, and performing general maintenance.

• Receive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution in the market/warehouse
• Keep record of invoices sent and received

• Serve as the subject matter expert in generative AI and large language models.
• Lead the integration of LLMs into our products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

• Support our physical product strategy with data and insights in order to drive action and quantifiable business outcomes.
• Build models to predict customer behavior such as understanding what are the key ‘aha’ moments for a customer’s initial weeks with us.
