• Supervise sanitation associates during the assigned shift and coordinate assignments, breaks, attendance, and shift handoffs.

• Own the analytics strategy for CookUnity’s B2B business, developing the reporting infrastructure, executive-ready dashboards, and analytical frameworks needed to understand and accelerate growth across Corporate, Smart Fridge, Healthcare, and emerging B2B opportunities (e.g., Airbnb, partnerships).

• Set the roadmap and OKRs for chef onboarding, recipe and product activation, the Chef Portal, and the chef mobile app, and deliver against them each cycle.
• Own these products end to end, from the problem through launch, adoption, and the iterations that follow.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in servicing and maintaining commercial kitchen
equipment, plumbing, and performing general maintenance.

• Oversee a team of 4-6 supervisors, ensuring they effectively manage their teams’ development, productivity, and projects.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to supervisors to enhance team effectiveness and individual growth.

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and calibrations of commercial kitchen equipment, warehouse systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and identify root causes across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Build, prepare, and audit Smart Fridge units before deployment.
• Assemble and maintain hardware kits for launches, including OptConnect, GlacierGrid, Raspberry Pi, CV equipment, cables, shelf pushers, labels, decals, and related components.

• Monitor real‑time metrics (e.g. service level, average speed of answer, schedule adherence, occupancy, handle time) and identify deviations from targets.
• Monitor queue conditions, agent states, workload distribution, and available capacity throughout the assigned shift.

• Oversee a team of 4-6 supervisors, ensuring they effectively manage their teams’ development, productivity, and projects.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to supervisors to enhance team effectiveness and individual growth.

• Own and evolve the product roadmap across First Impressions and Funnel, from landing pages and onboarding through meal selection and checkout
• Analyze acquisition performance, user behavior, and drop-off points to identify opportunities that improve customer quality and funnel efficiency

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Operations leadership.
• Coach and advise managers on performance management, organizational design, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.

• Manage daily & weekly workflow, pace, and efficiency of the team.
• Regularly check in with assigned teammates and monitor and evaluate performance.

• Handle all inbound requests from our customers and solve their issues, providing an outstanding experience in every interaction
• Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, delivery issues, or troubleshooting by email or chat promptly
