Our product is a perfect mixture of human and machine collaboration. We are developing a digital platform to break the gap of in-person disease management programs and improve participant engagement to achieve health goals. More importantly, we hope to connect healthcare providers with users by utilizing ubiquitous, common web technologies. Our platform will have basic capabilities in promoting communication, data management and information distribution for healthcare providers.
