Collaborate Care had received seed funding from Hopkins Urban Institute and National Science Foundation’s I-Corps program. The startup had completed two short pilot studies, one independently and one with a top local hospital. After multiple rounds of stakeholder interviews and value proposition, Collaborate Care had validated the need of developing a digital platform to aid target providers. Preliminary data suggests that elevated remote program engagement can lead to improved-participant health outputs and overall facilitator operation. Our team consists of hardworking and mature graduate-level students who are fun and communicative.
