Cargoson is a transport management software (TMS) company for manufacturers and wholesalers in Europe and North America. We were founded in 2018 by four people from logistics and software backgrounds, and we're building Cargoson for the long term. We hire across three core areas: Sales. We work with the people who actually run logistics inside manufacturing and wholesale companies. Our sales team needs to understand the customer's daily reality - carrier portals, rate cards, broken processes - and then explain how Cargoson solves it. This is not transactional selling. We're looking for people who can have substantive conversations with logistics directors, IT directors, and COOs, and earn trust on the merits. Engineering. We build a real software product used by hundreds of companies daily. Our engineers ship code that goes straight to customers. We work in modern stacks, integrate with major ERPs and 2,000+ carriers, and care about doing engineering well - not chasing trends. Customer support. Support quality is something we deeply care about. We've consistently been rated highest on platforms like Capterra and SoftwareAdvice for support, and we want to keep it that way. We hire support people who are competent, thoughtful, and genuinely useful to customers - not script-readers. On location. We hire onsite first. We believe people do better work when they integrate deeply into the team, product, customers, and industry before going hybrid or remote. Once that foundation is there, hybrid arrangements are possible. As we expand internationally, this will look different in different places. We don't post most open roles publicly.
