Cargoson is an Estonian business-to-business cloud-based transport management software (TMS) company headquartered in Tallinn. Founded in 2018, it develops a multi-carrier freight management platform for manufacturers and wholesalers in Europe and North America.

The platform consolidates carrier communications, freight rate management, shipment tracking, and logistics document generation into a single dashboard. Cargoson is carrier-neutral: customers contract directly with their own carriers and upload their own freight rates rather than purchasing transport through Cargoson. The company is not a freight broker, forwarder, or 3PL.

Cargoson integrates with over 2,000 carriers (parcel, LTL, FTL, air, sea, rail) and major ERP systems including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, and Odoo. The platform is ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, GDPR compliant, and EU-hosted.

Three of the four co-founders previously held senior roles at DSV Estonia, the Estonian operations of DSV Panalpina, the world's third-largest freight forwarder. The technical co-founder previously worked as a software developer at Kuehne + Nagel and Codeborne. Cargoson is building a serious software product for an industry that needs better tools, and is hiring people who care about both the engineering and the customer experience.

Today, over 500 manufacturers and wholesalers across Europe and North America ship with Cargoson, including the European mobility company Bolt. A 2025 master's thesis at Tallinn University of Technology documented one customer reducing transport costs by 27%.
