We solve one of the most urgent problems of all health care systems in the world: the reduction of the ever-increasing health costs while increasing medical treatment quality. How do we achieve this? BetterDoc analyzes a variety of medical quality data (publicly available + proprietary) and uses this information to recommend patients to a doctor who is highly specialized for their individual diagnosis for treatment or second opinion. Each patient is subsequently supervised by us for 2 years to check the quality of the indications and results of the medical specialists recommended by us. This approach makes our predictions on the question "Who is the best specialist for my health problem?" continuously optimized. By means of modern machine learning approaches, we are planning to significantly improve our results in the future - keyword Predictive Modeling. We already reach two relevant goals today: 1.) very satisfied patients who are treated well above-average, and 2.) strong cost reductions on side of the health insurance companies by avoiding unnecessary surgeries / treatment and reducing complication rates and ill-treatments. Our team of doctors, scientists and developers has been working hard since 2012 to implement our vision of maximum transparency with regards to quality in healthcare.
