We are not just putting doctors on video and we’re not replacing doctors with AI. At ZAVA, we’re providing healthcare that enables doctors to treat patients more efficiently without compromising on safely.

Our patients complete an online questionnaire giving details on their symptoms, past medical history and personal circumstances. This medical information is reviewed by one of our doctors (a fully registered GP with the General Medical Council) who then decides the best course of action, whether this is prescribing medication, offering a diagnostic test, giving advice or requesting further information from the patient.

The medical questionnaires have been developed by the clinical team so the questions we ask are exactly the same questions a GP would ask. Our questionnaires have passed rigorous testing to ensure safe treatment and because patients are less embarrassed discussing medical conditions online, we often find we receive more direct responses.
