Healum provides health professionals with cloud based software and an accompanying mobile app that enables them to deliver personalized diabetes prevention and weight management interventions to a larger patient population at a lower cost.
There is not a great way for health professionals to motivate and monitor diabetic and obese patients when they are outside of the clinical environment.
Healum has co-designed its product with doctors and patients to solve that problem, using wearable technology, health analytics, machine learning, personalised health plans and gamified group incentives.
Bariatric surgeons, providers of medical weight loss and diabetes management services, insurers, dieticians, pharma companies and public health commissioners all use the product to improve their patients experience and their health outcomes, to increase their capacity as a provider, to reduce their costs and to monitor patient outcomes. This enables them to tap into value-based remuneration.
