• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Engineers, setting clear expectations for technical proficiency, merchant engagement, and performance.
• Actively participate in deals alongside your team, supporting live technical discovery, integration discussions, and solution presentations.

• Architect and evolve Affirm's EKS platform, driving strategy across cluster lifecycle, node management, and shared cluster components
• Lead the technical direction for cluster provisioning, upgrades, and teardown through standardized IaC (Terraform, Spacelift) and self-service workflows

• Lead the end to end project management of the mid-year and annual compensation cycles in close alignment with the Compensation team and other key People team partners including: proactive and ongoing project planning, creating timelines, building training / enablement resources, facilitating project meetings, creating communications, and providing ad-hoc support during the cycles.
