• Work cross-functionally with design, product, data engineers, engineers and other key stakeholders within Payments.

This includes setting ambitious goals, identifying key opportunities, and developing actionable plans to achieve them.
Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand the needs and challenges of hospitality businesses, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for lodging, rental cars, and cruises. Analyze vertical-specific customer behavior to identify opportunities for product and service innovation and differentiation. This involves conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with product teams to develop solutions that meet the unique needs of the hospitality industry.
Market Analysis: Develop and maintain customer segmentation to identify untapped opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion within the hospitality vertical. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify high-potential segments and develop targeted strategies.

• Lead and develop a team of reporting professionals across three distinct reporting domains;
