• Domain-Led Merchant Engagement: Lead PO's most complex merchant engagements in the risk, fraud, and ML optimization domain. This includes designing and interpreting sophisticated analyses, advising merchants on how to safely operationalize ML-driven decisioning systems, identifying performance gaps that require domain-level expertise to diagnose, and driving strategic improvements in fraud strategy, risk rule configuration, authentication flows, and authorization performance across Adyen's largest customers.

• Design the joint customer journey: Architect and implement the operating models and standardized processes that define how joint customers are onboarded and serviced.

• Innovate and Deploy: Drive the execution of Adyen's AI strategy, focusing on the practical application of Generative AI (GenAI) and other AI methodologies in finance. This includes contributing to Adyen's efforts in key research areas such as AI agents for data analysis and operational workflows, human-in-the-loop for integrity risk, and development of foundation models. For instance, you might contribute to initiatives like the Data Agent Benchmark for Multi-step Reasoning (DABStep), which evaluates AI agents on real-world data analysis tasks, including those from the financial sector.
